Our selection process is short, to the point and immediate. The process includes a familiarization telephone conversation with each candidate, checking their initial aptitude to the range of jobs that are offered. After that, candidates will be summoned to a frontal interview in which candidates’ aptitude will be assessed based on their skills and constraints for all of the jobs offered at the company.
Our candidates see the character of the work from close up and get to see the workspace when they come for an interview. We do not believe in evaluation centers but rather personal care for everyone.
